Victor Flores - Superintendent
With 39 years at Linscott Engineering, Victor leads our field operations as Superintendent with unmatched industry expertise. He oversees on-site workflows, safety management, and project execution, ensuring every job—from complex utilities to site prep—meets our exact standards from start to finish.
Fransico Arias - Foreman
Boasting 31 years of dedicated service, Francisco serves as Foreman, directly coordinating crews and daily operations on-site. His deep technical knowledge in grading, excavation, and underground pipeline installation keeps projects running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
Oscar Campos - Foreman
